We are not liable for cancellations or changes due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or acts of terrorism. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

5. Travel Documents and Requirements

  • Arriving at departure points with sufficient time

6. Changes to Bookings

Changes to confirmed bookings are subject to availability and may incur fees from service providers and ourselves. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate change requests but cannot guarantee availability or specific arrangements.

7. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and other unforeseen circumstances. We can assist with insurance recommendations but are not responsible for insurance claims or coverage.

8. Liability Limitations

We act as an agent for service providers and are not liable for their acts, omissions, or failures. Claims for issues with accommodations, flights, tours, or other services should be directed to the relevant provider.

Our liability is limited to the fees you paid directly to us for our services. We are not liable for:

  • Lost profits, enjoyment, or opportunities
